AVIATICON Zerotol Plus

AVIATICON Zerotol Plus is an environmentally friendly, synthetic special lubricating oil with very good corrosion protection, especially for compressed air devices at risk of icing.

AVIATICON Zerotol Plus is a mineral oil-free high-performance lubricant with very good corrosion protection properties for use with hydraulic and pneumatically operated pneumatic tools such as rock drills, pointing and demolition hammers as well as rams and earth displacement rockets. Also suitable for certain tunnelling systems.

The synthetic product contains highly effective additives to prevent wear, as well as pressure stability and corrosion protection. Any condensation and moisture that occurs is absorbed by this medium. Corrosion on tools and equipment is reliably prevented.

AVIATICON Zerotol Plus is particularly suitable for lubricating compressed air equipment that is at risk of icing in quarries, mining, road construction and demolition companies at sub-zero temperatures. Full lubricating effect down to -40°C, icing is prevented. This lubricating oil is environmentally friendly, WHG, WGK 1.

The product is formulated on the basis of a readily biodegradable synthetic liquid (OECD 301-A: DOC reduction > 70% (21 days)).


Notes:

• Mixing with mineral oil must be avoided at all costs. Normal varnishes and paints will be dissolved. Epoxy, two-component and stoving varnishes are resistant.
• Compatibility with plastics and elastomers of the types PELD, PP, PS, SV, PVS, PTFE, POM, PC, PA, UP; GFK, NR, SBR, II R, EPDM, FPM and polysiloxanes.
• When using compressed air oils, maintenance units and mist lubricators on compressed air systems, the manufacturers' lubricant specifications must be strictly observed. As a rule, only mineral oil-based and low-viscosity lubricating oils can be used with these dosing and misting units.
