AVIATICON XTRA CUT

AVIATICON XTRA CUT is a high-performance cutting agent for deep hole drilling or for heavy broaching work on hard-to-machine, tough steels.

AVIATICON XTRA CUT contains both polar active ingredients and certain chemically active EP additives that build up solid-state lubricating films at high contact pressures and reaction temperatures, which prevent roughness peaks between tool and workpiece from welding and again tearing away.

The active ingredient combination of this oil is chosen so that built-up edges and material deposits on the flanks and open areas of the broaches are avoided.


Areas of application:

• As deep-hole drilling oil as well as for heavy broaching operations (interior and surface areas) on hard-to-machine, tough steels of high and extremely high strength
• Ball bearing steels, heat-resistant austenitic and similar steels
• Also other slow, heavy machining operations
• Gear shaping, hobbing, copy milling and the like can be carried out with this high-performance cutting oil
• discoloration occurs in the case of non-ferrous metals

Note:

Shake the can well before use! Spray evenly and thinly from 20-30 cm onto the surface to be treated. Spray occasionally after long and intensive work.
