AVIATICON Statac HFS
Non-water-miscible cooling lubricant, chlorine-free
AVIATICON Statac HFS is a non-water-miscible honing oil suitable for non-ferrous metals.
AVIATICON Statac HFS is used for honing steels and non-ferrous metals as well as for fine grinding, fine cutting and superfinishing of tough steels, among others. It is also suitable for fine machining and for honing non-ferrous metals with corundum and diamond honing stones.
The product has proven itself in hard scraping of common gear materials on Hurth hard scraping machines.
AVIATICON Statac HFS has a pronounced rinsing effect and good settling capacity, which allows for rapid removal of grinding debris and rapid settling of the grinding sludge in the settling tank.
The honing stones are kept open and remain easy to grip, which means that the contact pressure can be kept low and long service life of the grinding awls can be achieved while at the same time achieving a high surface quality.
