AVIATICON HY-HFC 46

AVIATICON HY-HFC 46 is a fire resistant hydraulic fluid HFC, based on water-glycol.
Over the last decades AVIATICON HY-HFC 46 has been applied very successfully in places where – in case of high pressure - leaking hydraulic fluids can easily inflame on heated materials.
Water leakage during operation at high temperatures can be compensated. The natural high viscosity index remains unchanged.
This ensures a high shear stability.
Materials used in mechanical engineering, such as NBR are resistant towards AVIATICON HY-HFC 46 .
In general conventional machine lacquers can be dissolved from glycol-mixtures, we recommend 2K-epoxide-resin-lacquers.
