AVIATICON HVLP-D 46

AVIATICON HVLP-D 46 is a mineral oil-based hydraulic oil with detergent and dispersing properties and a high viscosity index.

AVIATICON HVLP-D 46 can safely emulsify water and water-mixed cooling lubricants without significant losses thanks to its detergent, dispersing and emulsifying additive packages. The system is protected against corrosion and wear and tear on the machine parts is prevented.

Deposits or sticking are dissolved (detergent) in the system, fed to the filter and can thus be removed from the system when the filter is changed. The foreign substances introduced by production influences are held in suspension (dispersed) and also fed to the filter. The resulting advantage enables longer oil change intervals without functional risk and increased wear.

Areas of application:

• Can be used in all mobile hydraulics (excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, truck hydraulics).
• Can be used in stationary systems in the manufacturing and machine tool sectors
• Problem solver for stick-slip phenomena (stick-slip) even with extremely unfavorable approach and departure movements and very fine feeds
• Can be used universally when maximum functional reliability, minimum wear, cleanliness of the systems and uniformity of the work movement at different operating temperatures are required
