AVIATICON Finkomex ABF

AVIATICON Finkomex ABF is a water-miscible EP cooling lubricant based on synthetic ester oils.

AVIATICON Finkomex ABF can be used universally for machining iron and steel, especially suitable for heavy machining operations on aluminum alloys (silumin), tough steels and special materials.
Excellent machining results are also achieved in non-cutting forming.

The service life of the tools is positively influenced by the lubricating additives of the concentrate and also by the concentrate content of the emulsion.

Investigations of our Collfin-GBD series were completed by SKC Gleittechnik GmbH, Rödental, in connection with AVIATICON Finkomex ABF with the best results.


Mixing Instructions:

Machining of aluminum alloys and steels	5-10%
Punching and drawing	10-20%

AVIATICON Finkomex ABF meets the requirements of TRGS 611.

Disposal takes place in accordance with the waste law for emulsions according to EWC code 120109.
