AVIATICON FINKOL GK 150

AVIATICON FINKOL GK 150 is a fully synthetic industrial gear oil based on polyalkylene glycol for heavy-duty industrial machines.

The AVIATICON FINKOL GK 150 is based on polyalkylene glycol and can be used at temperatures up to around 220 °C. The higher price for fully synthetic products pays off.

The economic advantages are the longer service life of the oil fillings, lower lubricant costs, longer service life of the machines due to less wear and savings in operating costs due to lower friction and easy start-up periods.

Oil change intervals can be adjusted to the long term, three to five times the term has been tried and tested.
The accumulation of waste oils is significantly reduced.

The application areas of AVIATICON FINKOL GK 150 are spur, bevel and worm gears, all types of roller and plain bearings, also for thrust bearings in calenders, rubber kneaders, winches, excavators, conveyor systems, machine tools, plastic calenders, mixing rollers, dryers in paper manufacture and kneading.

Mixing with mineral oils and other bases should not be carried out.
When using for the first time, check whether the materials are compatible with polyalkylene glycol. HNBR, VMA and FKM have proven themselves up to 100 °C.

No polyglycols are to be used for material pairings of steel and aluminum (roller bearing cages containing aluminium).
Reactive paints and two-component paints are stable, simple paints are dissolved.
