Coolant free of nitrite, silicate, amine, borate, 2-ethylhexanoic acid and phosphate

AVIATICON Finkofreeze P11 BEF is a nitrite, silicate, amine, borate, 2-ethylhexanoic acid and phosphate-free coolant concentrate based on ethylene glycol (MEG) with an additive package based on OAT technology. Use in cooling water systems of combustion engines and also suitable for aluminum engines.
AVIATICON Finkofreeze P11 BEF is a concentrated engine coolant and must be diluted with clean water before use in the cooling system. It prevents frost and corrosion damage in the cooling water circuits of combustion engines as well as cavitation on pump segments and is particularly low-foaming. Inorganic and organic inhibitors are responsible for corrosion protection in the cooling system. AVIATICON Finkofreeze P11 BEF is an all-round coolant, meeting industry standards such as British Norm BS 6580, French Norm NF R 15-601 and ASTM D 3306.
When changing, please drain and flush the cooling systems and expansion tanks. We recommend changing AVIATICON Finkofreeze P11 BEF after 3 years or after 100,000 km for cars and 200,000 km for commercial vehicles (whichever comes first),

Application Notes:
  • Never use coolant concentrate AVIATICON Finkofreeze P11 BEF pure, always mix with water.
  • Pay attention to the correct preparation water (clean water) according to the manufacturer's specifications
  • Pay attention to the correct mixing ratio, if in doubt switch to a ready-mix
  • Generally miscible with most coolants based on 1,2-ethanol (MEG). Unmixed product should always be used for optimal corrosion protection and inhibitory effect.
  • The concentration of AVIATICON Finkofreeze P11 BEF should never be less than 33% and never more than 60%, follow the instructions of the unit manufacturer
  • Recommendation Mixture 50:50 and the use of demineralized or distilled water
