Antifreeze and anti-corrosion agent

AVIATICON Finkofreeze HDC is an amine, phosphate, 2-ethylhexanoic acid and borate-free radiator protection concentrate based on monoethylene glycol with Low Silicate Si-OAT technology.

AVIATICON Finkofreeze HDC protects high-performance diesel engines against corrosion, overheating and frost. It was developed to protect modern cooling systems in cast iron internal combustion engines.

AVIATICON Finkofreeze HDC offers excellent long-term protection. We recommend the coolant only for vehicles for which coolants containing nitrite are specified according to ASTM D4985 and ASTM D6210.

AVIATICON Finkofreeze HDC for at least 500,000 km or approx. 6000 hours in commercial vehicles with a nitrite system (whichever comes first). AVIATICON Finkofreeze HDC is compatible with all common nitrite-containing coolants.
Can be used for all high-performance diesel, petrol and natural gas engines.

AVIATICON Finkofreeze HDC is a concentrate and must be diluted with water before use. It may only be used in a concentration of at least 33% by volume up to a maximum of 60% by volume. We recommend using it with demineralized or distilled water.,

Application Notes:

Maintain vehicles regularly in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance plan
Check nitrite levels regularly
If the nitrite content falls below 800 ppm, we recommend replacing the coolant or adding a special nitrite additive
The recommendations of the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) must be observed.
