AVIATICON Finkoclean IR-Plus

AVIATICON Finkoclean IR-Plus is used universally in industry, car dealerships, workshops, in the agricultural and food sectors for vehicle washing, material degreasing, floor, tarpaulin, repair parts and machine cleaning.

AVIATICON Finkoclean IR-Plus is a phosphate-free and moderately alkaline cleaning agent, which can be used in various forms. It reliably dissolves oil, grease, soot and mineral contamination and is extremely gentle on the material.

AVIATICON Finkoclean IR-Plus is biodegradable and has excellent grease and dirt dissolving properties. It also penetrates thick layers of dirt and incrustations and loosens them. AVIATICON Finkoclean IR-Plus does not have to be labeled . The product is free from aromatic solvents. AVIATICON Finkoclean IR-Plus has fast separating properties and does not affect the oil / water separation in oil separation systems.

AVIATICON Finkoclean IR-Plus can be processed in all temperature ranges up to 80 ° C. The special product composition prevents limescale from building up in the devices. It contains surfactants that are biodegradable according to the OECD. The product complies with the EU directives on the biodegradability of surfactants. It is phosphate, EDTA and NTA free.

AVIATICON Finkoclean IR-Plus should not be used on alkali-sensitive surfaces. In the case of sensitive materials, we recommend carrying out preliminary tests for material compatibility. Do not let the cleaning solution dry out. At higher dosages, rinse or wipe off surfaces with clear water.

How to use:
- High pressure cleaning devices / steam jets:
Pre-dilution Pour 1 part AVIATICON Finkoclean IR-Plus + 3 parts water into the device tank and, depending on the degree of soiling, set the dosage on the device between 1 - 5%.
- Low pressure spray process:
1 part AVIATICON Finkoclean IR-Plus + 9 parts water up to 1 + 29, depending on the degree of soiling, and spray or apply onto the parts. Leave on for 3 minutes and then rinse with clean water or
evaporate.
- Floor cleaning machines:
1. Maintenance cleaning Dosage = 0.5 - 1.0%; depending on the degree of soiling (one-step method)
2nd basic cleaning dosage = 5 - 10%, depending on the degree of soiling (two-step method)
- Manually with a mop:
Dosage = 0.5 - 3.0% in a two-chamber bucket.
With a 2% dosage of the preliminary mixture (1 + 3) on the high pressure device, 1 L AVIATICON Finkoclean IR-Plus is sufficient to clean a surface of approx. 100 m². 1 L AVIATICON Finkoclean IR-Plus is sufficient with a 1% mixture in the tank of the floor cleaning machine to carry out approx. 1000 m² with medium soiling with the machine.
