AVIATICON FF-HY 46

AVIATICON FF-HY 46 is a finely filtered, mineral oil-based hydraulic oil with high protection against aging and corrosion.

AVIATICON FF-HY 46 is recommended for high performance hydraulic systems with high speed and high pressure vane, gear and axial piston pumps. Due to the good compatibility with bronze and steel, the product is well suited for use with valves and servo pumps. These products are used on a broad basis for the hydraulics of machine tools where hydraulic oils with wear protection are required.

The product AVIATICON FF-HY 46 is pre-filtered with a 7 µ filter when it is filled into containers. This achieves a higher purity of the hydraulic medium. In the subsequent use of the machine, depending on the operating conditions, longer machine service lives can be achieved and possible machine downtimes can be significantly reduced.

AVIATICON FF-HY 46 has also proven itself in industrial gearboxes and machine tool gearboxes, especially in common circulating systems for wheel housings, tailstocks, feed gears and slideways.
