AVIATICON CTO 50 is a mineral oil-based power transmission oil for construction machinery and tractors.

AVIATICON CTO 50 is a power transmission oil for the supply of construction machines and tractors. It meets the increased requirements of the Caterpillar TO-4 specification and is therefore suitable for use in transmissions, final drives, hydraulics, wet brakes and clutches that require this specification.

AVIATICON CTO 50 ensures the highest level of wear protection in various transmissions such as final drives and differentials, optimizes the friction behavior in powershift transmissions, wet brakes and clutches and guarantees the maximum service life of the units.

High shear forces and coefficients of friction occur in the units, and the demands on wear protection are high. In order to meet these requirements, to avoid slipping of the transmission clutches, rattling noises with wet brakes and gear wear and to optimize the running time of the units, the tensile force and material retention, a special hydraulic oil and transmission oil are necessary. Because of the high shear stress, single-grade oils according to SAE are to be preferred.
