AVIATICON Collfin KL-GX 68

AVIATICON Collfin KL-GX 68 is a mineral oil-based slideway and bedway oil with anti-stick-slip properties.

These special oils are characterized by very good lubricating and adhesion properties; In addition, they are highly pressure-absorbing and offer good rust protection properties. The anti-stick-slip effect provides very effective protection against wear and so-called stick-slipping.

Safe guidance of the tool slide is necessary to achieve dimensional accuracy and surface quality of machined workpieces. In order to reduce the frictional forces of the materials sliding on one another and to prevent so-called stick-slip, specifically designed lubricating oils are to be preferred for lubrication. Vibrations, jerks and chatter marks are not transmitted.

AVIATICON Collfin KL-GX 68 Oils have proven to be excellent for lubricating the bed or guideways of machine tools; their use on highly loaded gates is also recommended. According to the manufacturer's instructions, these oils can also be used as gear oil.

The product can also be used in machine tools as gear and/or hydraulic oil.

Especially when used in hydraulics, you should pay attention to the requirements of the manufacturers of the hydraulic components (pumps, valves, etc.).
